I think I've found my quick run: 3.75 miles (ok, ok... I should really make this at least 4), with a big hill and a little steep hill. Since tomorrow's a day off (or super easy day), I figured I'd try and see how fast my legs can go. Evidently they're doing alright so far. I managed to crank this guy out tonight in 30mins 2secs, or 8min/mile on the dot. Here's the run!
