And we're back!

Holy absence Batman! Sorry to all (both) of my fans for my extended soujourn. I know that you were very concerned, most likely asking yourself questions like "Where's Dan?" or "What running blog will I read now?". Well, you can rest easy knowing that we are back online. And what did you miss? Well, lots of running - check out the updated charts! If my weeks 4 through 6 seem skimpy, it's because someone (not naming names) got a bit too excited and got some soreness in his knee after Week 3's long run. Good news is that Week 7 marks the official comeback of the standard running schedule, and here's to a long streak of 40+ miles a week! As proof, I give you yesterday's run:
